The CS-II features polished brass and nickel-plated blades, and a premium quality Victory hook, which has 20% more tinsel strength of most competitor hooks. The CS-II is fitted with a premium skirt featuring trailing strands. It is also equipped with a resistant, heavy duty wire to help keep its intended shape and reduce the need for re-tuning.
